After confirmation of the availability of the room and reservation, you will receive a proforma invoice. The deposit is 40% of the total amount with a minimum of 1 night. When booking within 6 weeks (42 days) before the arrival date you will receive a proforma invoice for the full amount.

After receiving your payment (within 10 days) you will receive a confirmation and the reservation is final.

The rest of the amount is payable 3 weeks (21 days) before the arrival date.

Cancellation policy

100% will be charged in case of cancellation or change within 21 days or in the absence of an arrival date.

House rules

• Animals are not allowed
• All rooms are non-smoking
• Self catering is not allowed.
  Wines and soft drinks and refreshments are available. (Bed & Breakfast)
• Check-in from 2 pm to midnight.
  (if later, only after consultation). Check-out 11.00 am.
• On departure you will receive the bill of consumption from the honesty bar and meals (except breakfast). (Bed & Breakfast)
• Damage caused will be charged.

Insurances

We urgently advise you to take care of a good travel and cancellation insurance yourself. This can prevent a lot of inconvenience.
